The present invention relates to a syringe. More specifically, the present invention relates to a syringe for reducing pain. The syringe for reducing pain comprises: a cylinder unit formed to accommodate an injection liquid in an inner spatial part, having a coupling pipe protruding on the front end thereof to communicate with the spatial part, and having a hanging member formed at the rear end thereof to extended to both sides thereof a piston unit including a piston inserted in the spatial part, and including a piston rod extended from the piston to be exposed to the rear end of the cylinder unit and having a pressing unit disposed at the end thereof and a syringe needle unit having an inlet in one end and an outlet in the other end, wherein the inlet and the outlet are communicated by a pathway unit, and the inlet is coupled with the coupling pipe. The end of a syringe needle is produced not to have a keen structure, and the syringe needle has an inlet and an outlet which are wide. Moreover, a plurality of openings are formed in the side surface of the syringe needle, and pain generated when the syringe needle is inserted in skin is alleviated. Furthermore, operation time using a syringe is reduced, and overall pain is reduced. In addition, forward and backward movement of a piton when operating the syringe can be controlled by one hand. Thus, another hand can be used, so various operations can be simultaneously performed.
