The present invention relates to bacteriophage JBP901 belonging to subfamily Spounavirinae of family Myoviridae, and to uses thereof, and more specifically, to an endolysin protein derived from the bacteriophage JBP901, to an endolysin cell wall binding domain (endolysin CBD) of endolysin, to a tail fiber protein, and to uses thereof.
