According to the invention, the surgical device (1) comprises an intra-articular stabilization member (2), intended to be positioned between the two bones of the articulation (6), and two guide blocks (3) fixed to the stabilizing member (2) and on either side of a plane defined by said stabilizing member (2), said guide blocks (3) comprise fixing means (4) to the bone and each have at least one slot (5) for engaging and guiding an instrument for performing bone section cutting operations.
