PURPOSE: An oral formulation containing tetraarsenic oxide is provided to improve elution rate and stability and to ensure excellent bioavailability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation with excellent elution rate and stability contains tetraarsenic(As_4O_6) with 10-150 um of average particle size as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical formulation also contains 10-150 weight parts of excipient of lactose, calcium hydrogen phosphate or starch； 0.001-5 weight parts of lubricant of magnesium stearate or talc；1-60 weight parts of binder of microcrystalline cellulose, xanthan gum, or carrageenan； and 0.1-40 weight parts of disintegrant of carboxymethyl cellulose or low substituted hydroxyl propyl cellulose based on 1 weight part of the tetraarsenic. The formulation is manufactured in the form of tablets, granules, capsules, or dry syrup.본 발명은 육산화사비소를 함유하는, 용출률 및 안정성이 개선된 경구용 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 경구 투여용 제제는 육산화사비소의 용출률 및 안정성이 향상됨으로써 효과의 신속성을 도모할 수 있으므로 생체 이용률이 우수하여 경구 투여용 제제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 본 발명의 경구투여용 제제는 안전성이 확보된 최적의 약리학적 임상효과를 발현하는데 육산화사비소 기준으로 환자에게 1일 15~45㎎을 1~6회 분할 투여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 암치료 경구 투여용 약제학적 제제를 제공한다.
