PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation technique for obtaining formulation stability capable of suppressing separation while reducing irritation of menthol in a composition for oral cavity containing menthol.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition for oral cavity comprising (A) a monoterpene, (B) an oil and fat and (C) a gemini-type surfactant, which can totally solve the reduction of irritation and suppression of liquid separation caused by menthol.
