PURPOSE: An oral composition for low irritation containing amide non-ionic surfactant and sodium lauryl sulfate is provided to ensure less irritation with respect to oral mucosa and to improve user's satisfaction. CONSTITUTION: An oral composition contains 0.001-3.0 weight% of amide non-ionic surfactant, 0.001-3.0 weight% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 0.001-3.0 weight% of taurate anionic surfactant, and 0.001-10.0 weight% of betaine ampholytic surfactant. The amide non-ionic surfactant is denoted by chemical formula C_nCONH_x(CH_2CH_2OH)_m.
