The present invention relates to a novel protocol for making a hydrogel, which shows increased stability compared to hydrogels of the art, and can be reliably reproduced. The hydrogels produced by the methods of the present invention are preferably three dimensional, and particularly suitable for the culture of stem cells.La présente invention concerne un nouveau protocole permettant de fabriquer un hydrogel qui présente une stabilité accrue par rapport aux hydrogels de létat de la technique, et qui peut être facilement reproduit.
