PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infection prevention device and an infection prevention system, capable of surely preventing a medical worker from getting infected aerially by the droplets of a patient holding viruses by blowing clean air from behind the medical worker when the medical worker and patient are brought into contact in an examination room or the like.
SOLUTION: The infection prevention device 10 includes: a filter 15 a casing 14 provided with air feed means 16 for sending clean air obtained by making the air inside a room pass through the filter 15 forward and a hood 40 provided on the casing 14, for covering the medical worker M to prevent aerial infection and forming a space for sending the clean air from the air feed means 16 forward and downward.
