PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a foreign substance from contacting a discharge needle of a discharge electrode.SOLUTION: A discharge unit (20) includes: a casing (21) in which vent holes (28, 29) for allowing air to pass therethrough are formed and a discharge electrode (70) and a counter electrode (60) which are accommodated in the casing (21). The discharge electrode (70) includes discharge needles (73, 74) extending toward the vent holes (28, 29) to cause discharge between tips of the discharge needles and the counter electrode (60).
