Disclosed is a method for manufacturing ice food that uses tremella to absorb seasoning, which comprises soaking a predetermined amount of tremella in a predetermined seasoning until being softened so as to have the tremella absorb and carry a suitable amount of seasoning adding the tremella that absorbs and carries the seasoning into a primary constituent material of the ice food for mixing and finally, freezing the primary constituent material of the ice food that is mixed with the tremella at a low temperature to provide a product of ice food according to the present invention.一種包含以白木耳吸附調味劑之冰品製造方法,主要以定量之白木耳浸泡於預定之調味劑中至軟化,使白木耳吸附有適量之調味劑;接著將吸附有調味劑之白木耳加入冰品主原料液中予以混合;最後將混合有白木耳之冰品主原料液以低溫冷凍,即可製成本發明之冰品成品。(無)
