The present invention relates to an animal chitosan-enhancer composition including rare earth minerals and Rhizopus oligosporus. According to the present invention, a method for preparing the composition includes the steps of: culturing Rhizopus oligosporus in a liquid generating chitin powder by using the Rhizopus oligosporus cultured in the liquid and decomposing the chitin powder to produce chitosan mixing the cultured Rhizopus oligosporus liquid including the chitosan with rare earth minerals and grains to solid-ferment the mixture and drying and grinding the solid-fermented mixture.
