The present invention provides: a sustained-release bilayer tablet composed of a corrosive first layer containing a mirabegron and an emission control mechanism and a swelling second layer containing fesoterodine and a water-soluble gelling agent； and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the sustained-release bilayer tablet according to the present invention can increase medication compliance by increasing convenience of taking by allowing the mirabegron and fesoterodine which have a different dissolution pattern to have a same dissolution pattern as an existing single agent in one tablet.본 발명은 미라베그론 및 방출제어기제를 포함하는 침식성의 제1층； 및, 페소테로딘 및 수용성 겔화제를 포함하는 팽윤성의 제2층으로 구성된 서방형의 이중층 정제 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 서방형의 이중층 정제는 용출패턴이 다른 미라베그론 및 페소테로딘을 하나의 정제에서 기존 단일제와 동일한 용출패턴을 갖도록 함으로써 복용의 편의 증대에 따른 복약순응도를 증가시킬 수 있다.
