The present invention relates to a nerve conduit consisting of a nanofiber layer and a hydrogel which releases growth factors for inducing axonal growth, and to a manufacturing method thereof. By using the nerve conduit according to the present invention, neuron cells can grow uni-directionally and can increase the nerve regeneration effect by releasing the growth factors.본 발명은 신경 축색돌기 성장 유도를 위하여 성장 인자를 방출하는 나노섬유층과 하이드로겔로 이루어진 신경도관 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신경도관을 사용하여 신경 세포가 일방향성을 지니고 자랄 수 있으며, 성장 인자의 방출에 의해 신경 재생 효과를 높일 수 있다.
