This pharmaceutical composition exhibits excellent storage stability.Linvention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant du nicorandil, du mannitol et le sel de métal alcalin dun acide carboxylique organique, dans laquelle (1) « la valeur de pic des cristaux δ de mannitol à 9,8°±0,3°(2θ) en diffraction des rayons X »/ « la valeur de pic des cristaux de nicorandil à 10,6°±0,3°(2θ) en diffraction des rayons X » est de 2,0 ou moins, ou (2) « lintensité de pic à 1,01 THz±0,2 THz du spectre dérivée secondaire dans le spectre dabsorption des cristaux δ de mannitol mesurée au moyen de la spectroscopie par transmission térahertz »/ « lintensité de pic à 0,95 THz±0,2 THz de spectre dérivée secondaire dans le spectre dabsorption de cristaux de nocorandil mesurée au moyen de la spectroscopie de transmission térahertz » est de 1,5 ou moins. Cette composition pharmaceutique présente une excellente stabilité au stockage.ニコランジル、マンニトール及び有機カルボン酸のアルカリ金属塩を含有する医薬組成物であって、(1)「マンニトールのδ型結晶のX線回折の9.8度±0.3度(2θ)のピーク値」/「ニコランジル結晶のX線回折の10.6度±0.3度(2θ)のピーク値」が、2.0以下であるか、又は(2)「マンニトールのδ型結晶のテラヘルツ透過分光測定の吸収スペクトル2次微分スペクトルの1.01THz±0.2THzのピーク強度」/「ニコランジル結晶のテラヘルツ透過分光測定の吸収スペクトル2次微分スペクトルの0.95THz±0.2THzのピーク強度」が1.5以下である医薬組成物を提供する。この医薬組成物は、保存安定性に優れている。
