A syringe needle shield includes a first part and a second part. The first part is connected to the second part by a pivotable first connection portion. The second part is pivotable on the first connection portion toward the first part, and a needle hob is clamped between the first and second parts. The first and second parts are securely connected to each other by the first snapping portion which cannot be unlocked from each other. The first part is connected to a needle shield by a flexible plate. The shield receives a push force from its back so as to move from a first position to a second position. When the shield is located at the second position, a restriction portion is fixedly engaged with an engaging portion.
