The present invention relates to a joint bending condition determining apparatus. The joint bending condition determining apparatus includes a motion control unit for determining a maximum bending angle when one bending motion is generated in a corresponding part using a bending sensing signal transmitted from a bending angle measuring apparatus and outputting a warning signal of a first condition if the maximum bending angle exceeds an allowed bending angle, and a storage unit for storing the allowed bending angle. Accordingly, the present invention can make a joint motion according to a condition of a user who suffers from a joint disease.본 발명은 관절 굽힘 상태 판정 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 관절 굽힘 상태 판정 장치는 굽힘 각도 측정 장치로부터 전송되는 굽힘 감지 신호를 이용하여 해당 부위의 1회 굽힘 동작이 발생할 때 최대 굽힘 각도를 판정하고, 최대 굽힘 각도가 허용 굽힘 각도를 초과하면 제1 상태의 경고 신호를 출력하는 동작 제어부, 그리고 상기 허용 굽힘 각도가 저장되어 있는 저장부를 포함한다.
