The invention refers to the application of cured resins of electron beams or cured resins of UV light used along with fillers and further additives for forming coated sheets useful in insulation panels. The invention also refers to coated sheets made with said composition, the process for forming said coating sheets and the use thereof in insulation, edification and construction panels. More specifically, the invention describes a flexible coated sheet made by a process that comprises (1) applying a monomeric composition to a fiber mat, where the fiber mat is a non-asphaltic, non-cellulosic material, where the monomeric composition is formed by at least a monomer and/or oligomer and a filler, (2) starting the polymerization of the monomer within the monomeric composition by expanding the monomeric composition to UV light or electron beams, and (3) allowing the monomer to be polymerized for producing the flexible coated sheet. The invention also describes an insulation coated sheet hav ing a non-elastic core with at least a surface attached to a non-coated surface of a coated sheet, where the coated sheet is formed by a process that comprises (1) applying a monomeric composition to a fiber mat, where the fiber mat is a non-asphaltic, non-cellulosic material, where the monomeric composition is formed by at least a monomer and/or oligomer and a filler, (2) the polymerization of the monomer being started within the monomeric composition by expanding the monomeric composition to UV light or electron beams, and (3) allowing the monomer to be polymerized for producing the flexible coated sheet. The present invention describes a yeast panel reinforced with coated sheet, which comprises a core containing set yeast with a coated sheet adhered thereto, where the coated sheet is formed by a process that comprises (1) applying a monomeric composition to a fiber mat, where the fiber mat is a non-asphaltic, non-cellulosic material, where the monomeric composition is formed by at l
