PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved agent and a method for treatment of a disease associated with synucleinopathy, including a Lewy body of alpha-synuclein in the brain of a patient.SOLUTION: The method includes administering the agent that induces a beneficial immunogenic response against the Lewy body.
