PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation hair dye that can dye even gray hair (that is, so that the L value of color difference is lower) and/or can further reduce a contrast generated when partially grayed hair is dyed.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an oxidation hair dye that comprises a precursor and coupler of an oxidation dye, hydrogen peroxide, and an alkaline agent.
