PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image diagnostic processor which enables to determine whether an abnormality candidate area included in an image denoting the inside of a subject is an anatomical abnormality such as a tubercle or not with high precision.
SOLUTION: The image diagnostic processor includes: a first means for specifying whether an area overlaps on an abnormality candidate area included in an image representing the inside of a subject or a peripheral area corresponding to a continuous structure a second means for acquiring a direction to three-dimensionally seek an area corresponding to the structure a third means for acquiring feature amounts corresponding to a plurality of positions along the seeking direction and a fourth means for determining whether the abnormality candidate area is anatomical abnormality area or not based on the feature amounts in the plurality of the positions.
