Provided is a medical instrument implantation apparatus, comprising: an outer tube (4), connected to a first portion of a handle (6) and extending from a proximal end to a distal end; a middle tube (3), the middle tube (3) being arranged in the outer tube (4), and the middle tube (3) being connected to a second portion of the handle (6); an inner tube (2), the inner tube (2) being allowed to pass through the middle tube (3), the inner tube (2) being connected to a third portion of the handle (6), and the inner tube (2) being movable relative to the outer tube (4); outer sleeves (1), with at least two outer sleeves being provided, and a distal end of the inner tube (2) being respectively fixedly connected to the outer sleeves (1); and a medical instrument, arranged around the inner tube (2) and partially accommodated in the outer sleeves (1). The medical instrument can be released by manipulating the third portion of the handle (6).
