The BeatHealth system aims to develop a mobile music listening devicesynchronizing in a personalized way music andmovement, and dedicated to improving the kinematics of the runner. Thanks toinertial units connected to a smartphone, the runner'ssteps are detected in real time by the mobile application. A dedicatedalgorithm adapts the pulsation of the musical excerpts in sucha way as to bring the runner to a suitable cadence, capable of preventinginjuries. The present invention concerns a method for thesynchronization of the rhythmic stimulation with the biological variabilityusing a Kuramoto model characterized in that phase oscillatorwith a coupling term from the movement dynamics with parameters of,couplingstrength, maximum and minimum frequencies for afraction of the unmodified song frequency, maximum difference between thetempo and target frequency, Target the target frequency.
