PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is no useful, simple and safe moving device for preventing lumbago resulting from such a care work that a care receiver is held and moved by a care giver frequently on a nursing care site.SOLUTION: A fork lift for nursing care is constituted as follows. A pair of right-and-left safety guards are provided on an existing industrial fork lift, to thereby prevent a care receiver from falling down from a chair for nursing care lifted with the care receiver seated thereon. Further, a scaffold base for placing both feet of the care receiver thereon is provided, to thereby remove such a risk that a foot tip of the care receiver may be caught into a gap between the chair and the floor surface, similarly as movement on a wheelchair.
