PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vortex ring generating device capable of changing the direction of the air vortex ring to be ejected, being advantageous to simplification of the device and reduction in cost.SOLUTION: A vortex ring generating device equipped with an air chamber having a specified space for accommodating air ejects air in the air chamber in a vortex ring form through an opening 14 disposed in the air chamber.
