PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase convenience of a restraint tool for children.SOLUTION: A restraint tool includes: a substrate 10 supporting a child C in a face-up position a chest restraint belt 30 fitted to the substrate 10 and restraining movements of the chest of the child C and a lower limb restraint belt 50 fitted to the substrate 10 and restraining each of movements of two lower limbs LR and LL of the child C. The substrate 10 has: an elastic member 11 where a plurality of holes are formed, and the child C in a face-up position is placed a stiff board 15 which faces a lower surface opposite to an upper surface of the elastic member 11 on which the child C is placed, and restraining deformation of the lower surface when the child C is placed on the elastic member 11 and a cover member 21 which covers the elastic member 11 and the stiff board 15 so as to be taken in and out. The chest restraint belt 30 and the lower limb restraint belt 50 are fitted to the cover member 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
