The invention relates to a device (8) for decompacting and homogenizing fibers or particles, whether compressed or not, in order to apply them to the ground. It consists of several polygonal axes (2), provided with knives (5) mounted helically (Figure 2) and sufficiently spaced to allow the knives of the upper axis (6) to cross those of the lower axis ( 2), which, during their rotation decompact and homogenize the fibers or particles, so that they can be subsequently applied to the ground by means of the projection system. The conveyor belt (7) can be offset to allow the fibers or particles to pass through the projection system without necessarily passing through the knives. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the application of fibers or particles to the soil for the landscape and agriculture market. L'invention concerne un dispositif(8) permettant de décompacter et homogénéiser des fibres ou particules compressée ou non dans le but de les appliquer sur le sol. Il est constitué de plusieurs axes polygonaux (2), munis de couteaux(5) montés de manière hélicoïdales(figure 2) et suffisamment espacés pour permettre le croisement des couteaux de l'axe supérieur (6) avec ceux de l'axe inférieur(2), qui, lors de leur rotation décompactent et homogénéisent les fibres ou particules, afin de pouvoir être appliquées par la suite au sol au moyen du système de projection. Le tapis convoyeur (7)pourra être décalé afin de permettre aux fibres ou particules le passage dans le système de projection sans nécessairement passer par les couteaux. Le dispositif selon d'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'application de fibres ou particules au sol pour le marché du paysage et de l'agriculture.
