The present invention is a stretchable sheet (1) for an absorptive article, in which a plurality of elastic filaments (4) arranged so as to extend in one direction without crossing one another are, in a substantially non-elongated state and over the whole length thereof, bonded to a sheet material (2, 3) capable of elongation. Either some or all of the plurality of elastic filaments (4) are narrowed filaments (40) having one or more narrowed parts (40k) in a cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction (Y).
