A fastener for engaging with a support plate for a bag to collect secretions of the human body, comprising: a component for attachment having a proximal surface at least partially coated with a skin-friendly adhesive, a flexible element having a first end extending beyond the outer periphery of the component for attachment, and a second end attached to the component for attachment, and characterized in that the said first end of the flexible element contains means for engaging for entering into adhesion to the support plate. 2. A fastener according to claim 1, characterized in that said flexible element is mainly flexible in the axial direction defined by the first and second ends. A fastener according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the flexible element comprises spring means. A fastener according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the flexible element contains an elastic rubber or tape. The fastener according to any one of paragraphs. 1 or 2, characterized in that said flexible element comprises a hinge. 6. The fastener according to any one of paragraphs. 1 or 2, characterized in that the flexible element also contains an additional skin friendly adhesive on at least a portion of the proximal surface. A fastener according to claim 6, characterized in that said skin-friendly adhesive is a flexible adhesive. A fastener according to claim 1, characterized in that said means of engagement are rotatably relative to said support plate.
