PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is demanded up to now to efficiently perform dehumidifying operation or cooling/heating operation in a house by utilizing an air current in relation to an apparatus and a method for conditioning the air in the house and it is further demanded to eliminate global warming and increase the energy efficiency when such operations are performed however a structure most necessary to satisfy these demands is not invented.SOLUTION: An air blowing method by a heat pump apparatus for a house comprises a step of arranging such a structure that first and second shutters are arranged on the wall surface of the house, an indoor unit having a suction port and a blowout port is arranged near the first and second shutters, a room is arranged on the wall surface and third and fourth shutters and an outdoor unit are arranged in the room. As a result, when the house is heated, such an air current can be formed that the air in the house reaches the blowout port of the indoor unit through the first shutter, the room, the suction port of the outdoor unit and the second shutter. When the house is cooled, the first and second shutters are closed so that outdoor air can pass through the third and fourth shutters and reach the room.
