Field of application: the invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in the food industry, medicine and cosmetology for the prevention and/or treatment of conditions associated with immune deficiencies and respiratory viral infections. The essence of the invention: the problem of interest at the heart of the invention is the need to develop a food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulation with a powerful immunomodulatory and protective anti-viral effect. The problem of interest is solved by producing a food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulation which includes a mixture of probiotics with an immunomodulatory effect, characterised in that said formulation comprises, amongst other probiotics, modified spores of a saprophytic probiotic B. coagulans bacterium, the surface of said spores being covalently chemically modified using different degrees of modification, while the formulation also additionally comprises benzylisoquinoline-group compounds, or raw material comprising said compounds, and plant-based extracts with glycosides, and also comprises at least two of the following components: gibberellin, para-aminobenzoic acid； carnitine； auxin or derivatives thereof. Furthermore, the degrees of modification of protein-polysaccharide antigens of the spores of the saprophytic probiotic B. coagulans bacterium are within a range of between 0.1 and 15%, expressed in terms of protein.
