The present invention provides a composition for the coating of a stent for preventing restenosis including a selective siRNA and a transfection reagent to the gene causing restenosis. The present invention provides a stent coated with the composition, a manufacturing method for same, and a method for preventing restenosis including the step of enabling direct intravascular application of the stent.
