Provided is a laser patterning device for three-dimensional target objects, comprising: a laser generation part； a first beam adjustment part adjusting size of a laser beam generated by the laser generation part； a second beam adjustment part adjusting a focal position of the laser beam in a z-axis, an x-axis, and a y-axis via the first beam adjustment part； and a control part for controlling the second beam adjustment part to enable laser patterning of the three-dimensional target object. The control part provides information of a pattern to be processed to one of three-dimensional position information of the disposed three-dimensional target object and three-dimensional position information included in a three-dimensional shape design file.
