PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device capable of preventing a reduction in power supply efficiency when the power is supplied to a device to be supplied with power without contact.
SOLUTION: The power supply device for supplying the electric power to the device to be supplied with power mounted in the body of an examinee without contact, has a coil mounted around the outside of the body of the examinee, a capacitor connected to the coil in series, and a drive unit for generating a magnetic field from the coil by driving the coil, wherein the drive unit controls for matching the resonance frequency of the magnetic field with a predetermined resonance frequency, when it is detected that the resonance frequency of the magnetic field generated from the coil is out of the predetermined resonance frequency of the resonance circuit provided at the device to be supplied with power.
