The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing, as an active ingredient, a rice extract with high contents of antioxidant polyphenols for preventing and treating degenerative brain diseases. More specifically, extracts of super purple rice, keunnunjamibyeo, and red rice are verified to have high contents of anthocyanin and GABA, which are antioxidative polyphenols, promote protection and differentiation of nerve cells in regression-induced cells and an animal model, and significantly inhibit nerve cell death, and thus the rice extract with high contents of antioxidative polyphenols can be useful as an active ingredient in a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating degenerative brain diseases.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant, comme principe actif, un extrait de riz avec de fortes teneurs en polyphénols antioxydants pour prévenir et traiter des maladies cérébrales dégénératives. Plus spécifiquement, les extraits de riz super pourpre, de keunnunjamibyeo et de riz rouge présentent de fortes teneurs en anthocyanine et GABA, qui sont des polyphénols antioxydants, favorisent la protection et la différenciation des cellules nerveuses dans les cellules induites par la régression et un modèle animal, et inhibent de façon significative la mort des cellules nerveuses, et ainsi l'extrait de riz présentant de fortes teneurs en polyphénols antioxydants peuvent être utiles comme principe actif dans une composition pharmaceutique pour la prévention et le traitement de maladies cérébrales dégénératives.본 발명은 항산화 폴리페놀 고함유 쌀 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 퇴행성 뇌질환 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 슈퍼자미(super purple rice), 큰눈자미(keunnunjamibyeo) 및 홍미(red rice) 추출물이 항산화 폴리페놀 성분인 안토시아닌 및 GABA 함량이 높고, 퇴행 유발된 세포 및 동물모델에서 신경세포의 보호 및 분화를 촉진하고. 신경세포사멸을 유의적으로 억제하는 효과를 나타냄을 확인함으로써, 상기 항산화 폴리페놀 고함유 쌀 추출물은 퇴행성 뇌질환 예방 및 치료용 약학적 조성물의 유효성분으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
