PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom (one root mushroom) having new value.SOLUTION: The one root mushroom M1 has a configuration where stipe part Ms thereof is removed by a mushroom cutting device and the cut surface Ki is located along with upper surface of the stipe part MS. The one root mushroom M1 of the invention has an axis Ax along with direction C from bottom center part to upper part of the one root mushroom M1 in a plane surface.
