PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure convenience of a user and allow the user to wipe off contamination of an entire sensor unit without touching the sensor unit in a body moisture meter for measuring a moisture content in a subjects body.SOLUTION: A body moisture meter includes: a body that measures data relating to a moisture content in a living body by bringing a sensor unit into contact with a body surface of a subject, and calculates a body moisture content of the subject on the basis of data measured by the sensor unit and a cover member mounted on the body to cover the sensor unit.
