PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a participant who receives health care support to clearly and easily confirm the tendency of the change of his or her weight in a health care support period.SOLUTION: A health car support period in which a participant receives health guidance is divided into the classification periods of weekday periods 41a, 41b and 41c and holiday periods 42a and 42b with period boundary dates as Monday and Saturday. In the weekday periods 41a, 41b and 41c with the measured weights of the participant on Monday as the period boundary date of the start date and on Saturday as the period boundary date of the end date as the boundary date weights, the boundary date weights on those Monday and Saturday are connected with a straight line so that weekday period weight graphs 45a, 45b and 45c are obtained.
