It is also intended to provide a method for improving the flavor or feeling upon taking by reducing bitterness or Chinese medicine smell unique to bofutsushosan. It can be achieved by using bofutsushosan and an organic acid, particularly citric acid or a salt thereof in combination, or by using bofutsushosan and an organic acid or a salt thereof and capsaicin or a capsaicin-containing substance in combination.
