The present invention relates to a vascular embolic agent of gelatin microparticles with a shell. More particularly, the present invention relates to monodispersed gelatin microparticles having a uniform size and capable of controlling the decomposition rate according to the crosslink density, and a method for manufacturing the same. The vascular embolic agent of gelatin microparticles includes a gelatin microemulsion core and a shell formed through the crosslinking reaction of an aldehyde group of a crosslinking agent and an imine group.본 발명은 쉘을 갖는 젤라틴 마이크로입자의 혈관색전제에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 균일한 일정 크기를 가지면서 가교밀도에 따라 분해속도를 제어할 수 있는 단분산성 젤라틴 마이크로입자 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
