PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which carbonized pellets are manufactured by using facilities that can move biofuel without having long distance transportation to collect, and a door-to-door transportation is enabled without having a factory, and to provide the manufacturing facilities which includes a tree felling machine with a self-advancing capability even in a mountainous area having a handling function, a crusher, and an air feed facility, a carbonized pellet manufacturing apparatus having a rotary kiln and a plunger press function, and a movable facility with a large-sized box pallet for product transportation.SOLUTION: A facility dispersed manufacturing facility of a biomass pellet comprises: a tree felling machine having a bulldozer function to make a travel road, vertically fixed at a tilt angle of about 30 degrees, to which tools for tree trimming can be attached, and in which raw woods are pulverized and transported by air pressure； and a carbonized pellet manufacturing apparatus in which wood chips are matured and solidified under high pressure at 20 MPa at the maximum in a short time to obtain water-resistant carbonized pellets.【課題】バイオ燃料を長距離集積移動なしに移動可能な設備を用いて炭化ペレットを作り、工場を持たずにドアtoドアを可能にすると共に、ハンドリング機能とクラッシャーと空気圧送設備を備え、山岳地でも自走能力を持つ伐採機を用い、ロータリキルンとプランジャープレス設備を有する炭化ペレット生産装置及び製品運搬には大型ボックスパレットを用いた移動可能設備を提供する。【解決手段】走行道を作るブルドーザ機能を持ち、傾斜角約30度で垂直固定でき、必要な伐採器具を装着し、原木など粉砕して空気圧送し、最大20MPaと高圧で短時間で熟成固化、有耐水性の炭化ペレットを得る。【選択図】図５
