PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fat metabolism enhancer capable of improving or preventing the condition of excess adiposity such as metabolic syndrome, and especially a fat metabolism enhancer capable of effectively inhibiting adiposity in liver.SOLUTION: A fat metabolism enhancer contains sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine as an active ingredient. In one embodiment, the fat metabolism enhancer is administered before starting physical activity of constant load or more.
