PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack type foamy hair decoloring agent and foamy hair dye product in which, even when used in a high bath ratio, the foam discharged and applied keeps a firm foam quality without dripping during left untouched, sufficiently spreads to the roots of hair, and has good dyeability.
