Disclosed are spreadable preparations, containing(a) about 72 to about 85% by weight of butter or a synthetic glyceride mixture having a similar fatty acid spectrum,(b) about 2 to about 5% by weight of a low-melting-point butter fraction, and(c) about 10 to about 26% by weight of a herb preparation,with the proviso that the amounts indicated add up to 100% by weight.
