The present invention provides a plant extract composition for inhibiting adipocyte, reducing body fat, decreasing body weight or increase lipid metabolism , wherein the composition comprising 1.5 wt% to 40 wt% resveratrol and 10 wt% to 85 wt% green tea extract.
