<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus for edible products which can mark edible products accurately and efficiently. <；P>；SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a transporting means 10 that has holders for holding edible product e and that transports the edible product e to a marking area； a feeding means 20 for feeding the edible product e to the holders； a transporting position detecting means 15 for detecting the position of the edible product e transported by the transporting means 10； and a laser beam scanning means 30 for scanning a laser beam that is emitted to the edible product e transported to the marking area. The holders are formed in multiples along the transporting direction of the transporting means 10.
