The first rotary shaft is connected to an input shaft in which engine power is inputted. In the second rotary shaft, a key groove is formed at a constant depth in the longitudinal direction. In the key groove, a shift key is slidably inserted. A shift driving gear among a plurality of shift driving gears rotates by the medium of the protruded shift key.보행 이앙기의 주간(株間) 변속장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 주간 변속장치는, 이앙 출력축과 대응하는 위치의 제2 회전축에 그 길이방향을 따라 일정 깊이로 키홈이 요입 형성되어 있고, 키홈에는 변속키가 슬라이딩 가능하게 끼워지며, 변속키는 키홈에 탄성 설치된 볼에 의해 키홈 외측으로 탄성 돌출될 수 있고, 제2 회전축에 회전 자유롭게 설치된 다수의 이앙변속구동기어 중 어느 하나의 이앙변속구동기어가 상기 돌출된 변속키를 매개로 제2 회전축에 동력전달 가능하게 접속되어 회전하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
