Said system includes a subperiosteal dental implant device (360) having a frame superposable to the jaw bone of a patient and a positioning jig (390) engageable with at least one existing tooth and said subperiosteal dental implant device, for positioned said subperiosteal implant in a single predetermined position with respect to the jaw bone of the patient.
