PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of easily acquiring a tomographic image of a subjects target region of a subject.

SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus 1 includes an X-ray measurement optical system 13, a table 14, an input device 22, a table activation mechanism 16, a reconstructive calculation part 35, a display device 23, and a perspective X-ray image development part 31 provided on the display device 23 to display a perspective X-ray image 26. A test photographing image display part 37 to display at least two tomographic images including a first tomographic image 24 of the subject developed by a reconstruction and a second tomographic image 24 whose direction is different from that of the first tomographic image 24 as test photographing images 24, and a predetermined region of the test photographing images 24 are designated by the input device 22 as a target region for CT imaging 27, which allow a target region for CT imaging display part 38 to superimpose the target region for CT imaging 27 on the perspective X-ray image 26 based on a positional relationship between an X-ray source 11, an X-ray detector 12, and the table 14.
