According to one embodiment of the present invention, an IV fluid stand having an umbrella detachably attached thereto comprises: a moving unit which has one wheel shaft unit connecting a pair of wheels formed to be able to move on the ground； a support unit which is in a pipe shape and vertically coupled to one surface of the moving unit； an IV fluid unit which is formed in the support unit to have a ring； a detachable attaching unit which is placed in a lower part of the iv fluid unit, and has a plurality of elastic protrusions in the inner surface of a detachable attaching groove detachably attached to a handle of an umbrella to fix the umbrella； a ball type connection unit which accommodates a ball body formed on one side of the detachable attaching unit to be able to rotate through an opened part, and comprises a first ball fixing unit for fixing the ball body and a fixing unit fixed to the support body； an axis distance adjusting unit which adjusts the axis distance between wheel shaft units when a sum of weights, sensed through each weight sensing unit formed in each wheel shaft unit and transmitted to each wheel, exceeds a preset value； and an axle distance adjusting unit which adjusts the axle distance between any one of the wheels and the moving unit when a weight transmitted to any one of the wheels exceeds an average value of weights sensed through each weight sensing unit by a preset value.
