PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-acting dosage form of 7-[4-(4- benzo[b] thiophen-4-yl-piperazin-1-yl) butoxy]-1H-quinolin-2-one (Compound (I) ) or its salt, and a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: A microsphere contains the compound (I) or its salt as an active ingredient. An aqueous suspension for injection contains the microsphere in a suspended state.
